QuoteMate has three plans, designed to match how your quoting operation grows.

The plans

  • Starter — $149/month. For growing teams getting organized: structured intake, the template library, buyer-ready quote documents, and email support.
  • Growth — $499/month. For teams scaling quote volume: everything in Starter plus pipeline stages and forecasting, team permissions and approvals, and priority support.
  • Scale — custom pricing. For distributed and multi-team organizations: everything in Growth plus custom workflows and integrations, a dedicated success manager, and priority onboarding. Pricing depends on team size, workflow complexity, and integration needs—mapped out on a strategy call.

Changing plans

You can move up or down at any time as your quote volume changes, and we prorate the difference. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle so you keep the features you paid for.

When downgrading from Growth to Starter, approval workflows and pipeline forecasting are disabled, but your quote history and all documents remain intact and exportable.

Billing details

  • Setup fees: none. Starter and Growth are self-serve with no setup cost.
  • Annual billing: available on all plans at a discount versus monthly—ask during your strategy call or contact us from your billing page.
  • Invoices: available from Settings → Billing, where you can also update your payment method and billing contact.

Questions we hear often

Do unused seats roll over? Billing is per plan, not per seat, on Starter and Growth—invite your whole team.

What happens to my data if I cancel? Your quotes and documents remain exportable for 90 days after cancellation.
